Governing to Improve Quality Workshop
August 9 – 11, 2017
The Governing to Improve Quality Workshop is hosted by the USAID Health Finance and Governance (HFG) project, in partnership with the Joint Learning Network and the Applying Science to Strengthen and Improve Systems (ASSIST) project. The workshop is part of the ongoing work of country members of the Governing to Improve Quality Community of Practice and the JLN, with participation of the WHO and the WHO’s Global Learning Lab on Quality in Universal Health Coverage.
The HFG Governing to Improve Quality Workshop will take place from 9-11 August 2017 in Jakarta, Indonesia with the following schedule:
- Tuesday, 8 August: Arrival and check-in
- Wednesday, 9 August: Registration and first day of the meeting
- Thursday, 10 August: Second day of meeting
- Friday, 11 August: Last day of the meeting and departure (on Friday PM or Saturday AM)

Accommodation & Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. Conference organizers have made reservations for all participants. When you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the check-in desk. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals not covered in the workshop package.
HFG, JLN, and ASSIST will pay the cost of your hotel room (internet included) and breakfast, and lunch/snacks will be provided each day during the workshop, but you will be responsible for all other incidentals in the hotel, including dinners each evening.
